Jane is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is registered with the Attorney General's Department, as required by law, to undertake dispute resolution in a family law context.  

Jane has many years of experience working in the family law context and has worked with many families to assist them after separation has taken place.  

Jane can assist you to negotiate your post separation property settlement and parenting agreements and as an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Jane can provide a Section 60i certificate to allow an application to be made to the Family Court.
